As the digital designer in Canon Australia. I created design solutions, experiment and extend the current brand guideline to ensure consistency across all digital customer touch points, like website, EDM, internal service dashboard, Social media content, etc.
I worked with Social media team to understand the needs of the business side and customer side, to provide the best design solution with a clean interface and align to branding.
Login Experience Redesign:
Add “MyCanon Business” option in the Login page, so our business partners can easily get online with their CanonBusiness account and check all the purchase and delivery information by their own. My job is to visualize the user interface and meaningful animation to demonstrate the new login page and explain to stakeholders and developer to make it happen.
MyCanon Business – Book service user flow:
Design the user flow of the “Book service” for Canon Business customer. The aim is to design an human-centered design for the user so they can easily book device online, make a purchase and set up the delivery by using the Canon Australia website.
